How to register your studios, dancers and routines today
Follow the official process below to create your studio account, enter a competition, add dancers and routines, pay the deposit and upload music.

Before you beginHave your studio email address, dancer details, routine estimates, payment card and final music files ready.

Account setup
Create your Studio Centre account
Open DanceComp Genie and use the New Account box to enter your email address. Complete the registration form, then select Confirm and Create. If you already have an account, log in instead.

Competition entry
Start a new registration
From the dashboard, select Add New Registration. Choose the correct Aaron Dwyer competition from the event dropdown before continuing.

Deposit
Estimate routines and pay the deposit
Enter the estimated number of routines you expect to submit. The deposit is calculated from this estimate and is deducted from your final payment. Select Payment Deposit, enter the requested payment details and complete checkout.

Dancers
Add every participating dancer
Return to the dashboard, open Dancers and select Create New. Enter the dancer’s details carefully, then select Save. Repeat this for each dancer.

Routines
Create routines and assign dancers
From the dashboard, select Complete Registration. Add the routine title, choose Add New Routine, then select the dancer or dancers taking part in that routine.

Music
Upload the final music files
Return to the dashboard and select Upload Music. Choose the correct routine and upload its music file. Check that the file meets the format and size guidance shown in DanceComp Genie.
