TRAIN

Development Programme

It’s not a drop-in class. This is not a monthly workshop. This is purposeful training designed for long-term development.

PROGRAMME LEADERSHIP

Meet Aaron

Aaron Dwyer coaching dancers

For more than 20 years, Aaron Dwyer has helped dancers across the UK and Ireland develop stronger technique, greater confidence and a deeper understanding of movement.

Having trained thousands of dancers throughout his career, Aaron has built a reputation for high standards, honest coaching and creating environments where dancers are encouraged to work hard, grow with confidence and enjoy the process.

Every session is built around the same philosophy:

Parents are not simply enrolling their child onto another dance programme.

They are investing in experienced coaching designed to help dancers develop skills that last far beyond the studio.

FOR DANCE STUDIOS

Built to Support Your Studio. Never Replace It.

Map of Northern Ireland with location markers above the Belfast waterfront skyline.

The AD Development Programme has been designed to work alongside a dancer’s regular studio training, never in place of it. We believe a dancer’s home studio is the foundation of their journey, and we are proud to support the work already being done by dedicated teachers across the UK and Ireland.

Our training complements studio education by strengthening technical ability, performance quality, confidence and professional discipline. Every correction, skill and mindset developed at AD is intended to return with the dancer, enhancing their progress within their own classes and performances.

We deeply value the relationships that studios build with their dancers and families. Our role is not to compete for that relationship, but to provide specialist technical training that supports long-term development while respecting each studio’s teaching methods, values and identity.

We are committed to maintaining open, professional communication with studios, ensuring everyone is working together with the same goal: helping every dancer become the very best version of themselves.

WHAT STUDIOS SAY

“We’re delighted with the progress our dancers have made through AD training. Their confidence has grown so much, and we’ve seen real improvement in their technical skills and performance quality.

We appreciate how AD complements what we do in the studio and respect the relationship we have with our dancers and families. It’s reassuring to know our dancers are in such supportive hands.”
