Rehearsals will take place daily throughout the project, and full attendance is encouraged so performers can enjoy the full experience and prepare for the final performances. Throughout the two weeks, performers will work together, build confidence and become part of an exciting production experience.

Comfortable rehearsal clothing, trainers or dance shoes, water bottle, lunch and snacks and any requested rehearsal materials.

No audition is required. The project is open to all abilities and experience levels.

Professional photography and filming may take place during rehearsals and performances.

Performers should bring enough food and drink for the full day and remain hydrated throughout rehearsals.

Project Dates Sunday, 2 August – Saturday, 15 August Performance Dates Wednesday, 12 August – Saturday, 15 August (five performances) You must be available for the full duration of the project. No exceptions. Rehearsals normally run from 10:00–18:00 each day. During the second week, some days may run longer to prepare for the performances. This project demands commitment and teamwork. The final production is the result of intensive work from every participant and member of the creative team. Participants will train and rehearse with a professional Theatre Director, Choreographer, Musical Director, and full Technical team to create a full-scale musical on our main stage.

If you live too far to commute to our West End Summer Experience, we will do our best to help you find suitable accommodation during the project. If you are successful at audition, we will contact you separately to discuss available options. These may include: Staying with a nominated host family Booking a local hotel or student-style accommodation alongside other West End Summer Experience participants.

All fees must be paid in full by Saturday, 30 June. To secure your place, a £75 deposit must be paid within 72 hours of acceptance. If the deposit is not received within this timeframe, your place will be offered to another participant. Please note: Once payment has been made, fees are non-refundable.

If you are accepted and take part in the full two-week project, some costumes and props will be provided. However, you may be asked to source certain small items yourself. These will usually be simple pieces that can be found at home, in your wardrobe, or purchased inexpensively from places such as Amazon, charity shops, or supermarkets. We aim to keep any additional costs minimal and will provide clear guidance on what is needed well in advance.

Lunch will be available only if we reach a minimum of 50 participants (residential and non-residential combined). This ensures the catering team can operate efficiently and maintain a high standard of service. If the minimum number is not reached, parents will be informed in advance and alternative arrangements may be required. Lunch Details Lunch is offered on all full days of the project.
