MOLLY WARD
Molly, from Mallow in County Cork, began her dance training at the Cork School of Dance before earning a full scholarship to the Doreen Bird College in London. Her career spans stage, screen, and international touring, with credits including Phantom of the Opera (International Tour), Disenchanted (Disney+), the Andrew Lloyd Webber Gala European Tour, World of Musicals in Australia and New Zealand, and Disneyland Paris. On television, she has appeared as a featured dancer in the John Lewis Christmas advert Piano Man, as leading lady in Gary Summer’s music video, and on the cover of the PlayStation and Xbox game We Sing. Molly is also a qualified ISTD Ballet and Modern teacher and a two-time musicality award winner at the Imperial Classical Ballet Awards in London.
JAVANA FORREST
Javana is a dynamic and versatile performer, choreographer, and passionate dance educator with a career spanning over a decade. Javana trained at the renowned Brit School followed by further studies at the prestigious Bird College. Credits include playing Ali in Mamma Mia! The Musical, followed by leading lady roles in pantomimes. She has graced the stage on cruise ships and music videos, collaborating with artists such as Krept & Konan. Captivating audiences around the globe with her high-energy performances.

Javana's choreography has received multiple awards, including 1st place finishes at the Dance World Cup. Her creative work has inspired dancers worldwide, setting a high standard for artistic excellence. Beyond her stage and choreography work, Javana is dedicated to shaping the future of dance. As the founder of Miss Javana Training Workshops, she has created a platform for aspiring dancers to receive expert training, empowering them to reach their full potential.

She has worked with institutions such as the Brit School, nurturing young talent and helping the next generation of dancers. With a passion for both the stage and the studio, Javana brings her energy, expertise, and dedication to every project. She is excited to be judging today and looks forward to seeing the incredible talent on display!


FAYE JOHNSON
Faye Johnson’s journey from professional dancer to mentor and educator reflects her unwavering dedication to the dance industry . With years of diverse experience, she brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to every role she undertakes, inspiring the next generation of performers along the way.
Her multifaceted career spans television, stage, and radio, with high-profile credits including Royal Caribbean Cruises, Netflix productions, pantomimes, and international shows. This breadth of experience showcases her versatility and her ability to excel in a wide range of artistic contexts.
As an adjudicator, Faye draws on her extensive knowledge of technique, performance and industry standards to deliver constructive, tailored feedback to each dancer. She has judged and mentored at competitions throughout England, Wales and Ireland, building a reputation for insightful critiques that both encourage and challenge performers to reach their full potential.
Now residing as Lead for Creative Choreography Modules for BA and university students, Faye continues to shape the next generation of artists through innovative teaching and mentorship. Her dual role as educator and adjudicator allows her to bridge the gap between academic study and professional practice, ensuring dancers are equipped with the skills, confidence and creativity needed for today’s industry.
BRIDGET GREEN
Originally from Australia, Bridget has completed all examinations in Ballet, Tap, and Modern under the Royal Academy of Dance and Imperial Society of Dance. Her career has taken her from Ettingshausens Pro in Sydney to Bollywood, where she worked with top names like Bosco Martis and Will Smith.
Now, with multiple teaching qualifications and extensive performance experience, Bridget brings her expertise and passion to our competition.
