The Aaron Dwyer Development Programme is a high‑level training pathway for passionate, committed young dancers aged 9–18 who are ready to develop strong technique, intelligent artistry, and a professional mindset.

This is not a drop‑in class. It is not a once‑a‑month workshop experience.

This programme is built for dancers who want longevity.

“We don’t just train dancers. We build thinkers.”

What This Programme Really Is

There are many types of training available to young dancers. Each serves a purpose.

This programme has one clear lane.

We prepare dancers to last.

That means:

  • Strong, safe technique that protects the body

  • Intelligent training habits built over time

  • Consistency, discipline, and accountability

  • Mental resilience, confidence, and self‑belief

An understanding of why something is done, not just how

Talent alone is not enough.

“At an elite level, everyone has talent. Discipline is what separates those who succeed.”

The AD Training Philosophy

The 90/10 Rule

At a high level, talent is common.

What separates dancers is the final 10%:

  • Discipline

  • Focus

  • Work ethic

  • Daily habits

This programme trains dancers to understand that excellence is built over time, not in moments.

Consistency Over Intensity

Training for hours once a month is not development.

Development happens through:

  • Regular, focused training

  • Clear goals

  • Repetition done correctly

  • Smart progression

“Training every day for 30 minutes will always beat training once a month for five hours.”

The AD Mindset

Dancers in this programme are trained to be thinkers.

They learn:

  • How their body works

  • Why corrections are given

  • How to apply feedback independently

  • How to self‑correct

  • How to train with purpose

This builds confident dancers who do not rely on constant instruction.

What Dancers Train In

The programme delivers structured, professional‑level training across:

  • Jazz Technique

  • Commercial

  • Lyrical / Contemporary

  • Musical Theatre

  • Conditioning, strength, flexibility, and injury prevention

  • Performance quality and projection

  • Mindset coaching and personal development

Each session is carefully planned to support technical growth and physical longevity.

A Supportive, Professional Environment

Dancers are challenged — but always encouraged.

  • Confidence

  • Focus

  • Motivation

  • Technical ability

Expectations are high, but support is always present.”
