Cancellation Policy

Event Booking Refund Policy Thank you for booking your event with us. We understand that sometimes plans change, and we want to accommodate those changes as best we can. Please review our refund policy below: 24 Hour Cooling-Off Period: If you have changed your mind about your booking, you can cancel within 24 hours of making the reservation and receive a full refund. This cooling-off period is designed to give you the flexibility you need after your initial booking. To request a refund within this period, please contact our customer service team with your booking details. Beyond the Cooling-Off Period: After the 24 hour cooling-off period, all sales are considered final. However, in the event that we need to cancel or reschedule the actual event the following will apply: Event Cancellation: If the event is cancelled, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer your booking to a similar future event. Event Rescheduling: If the event is rescheduled, you will have the option to either retain your booking for the new date or request a refund. Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within a specified timeframe after the refund request has been approved. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
